On Dec 17 I visited Central Juvenile and Family Court in Bangkok. I met the court staff, who were very Co operative due to language problems they arranged for one translator, who informed me of most of the procedures of Thailand Family Law. It’s in the original Thai language, which is the court language as well. The premises of the court are very clean, and a high standard is maintained. Civil and criminal matters filling sections are systematically arranged for the convenience of lawyers and clients. It’s my unique experience to visit and understand Thailand Law after visiting the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
